Purpose
This policy protects audiences, clients, platforms, and Growth Campaigns from harmful or unlawful campaign activity. It applies to the website, client instructions, data supplied to us, campaign content, audience lists, and use of deliverables we create.
Clients must also follow laws, platform rules, advertising policies, and industry standards applicable to their location, industry, product, audience, and channel.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use our services to create, facilitate, target, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory, infringing, or designed to cause harm. Prohibited activity includes malware, phishing, credential theft, evasion of platform safeguards, fake engagement, impersonation, and unauthorized access.
You may not ask us to conceal material terms, fabricate testimonials or results, make unsupported claims, target protected or vulnerable groups unlawfully, or market prohibited products or services.
Email and messaging standards
Commercial email, SMS, MMS, and similar communications must be sent only to recipients for whom the sender has an appropriate, documented legal basis or consent. Messages must accurately identify the sender, avoid misleading routing information, and provide a simple functioning unsubscribe or opt-out.
Do not use purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested mobile-number lists; prechecked consent boxes; consent bundled with unrelated terms; or opt-out methods that require more than a straightforward action. Do not continue sending marketing messages after consent is withdrawn.
Data and audience requirements
You must have authority to provide us with personal information, audience files, creative assets, and account access. Data must be collected lawfully, relevant to the campaign, reasonably accurate, securely transferred, and deleted when no longer needed.
Unless we expressly agree in writing with appropriate safeguards, do not provide sensitive information such as passwords, full payment card data, precise health records, government identifiers, or children’s data.
Review and enforcement
We may request evidence of consent, claims, licenses, audience sourcing, or regulatory approval; refuse instructions; pause work; remove affected material; or terminate an engagement when we reasonably believe activity violates this policy or creates legal, platform, security, or reputational risk.
We may preserve and disclose relevant information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety. Amounts for compliant completed work and authorized costs remain payable.
Report suspected abuse through our Contact page. Include the message, sender, date, channel, destination number or address, and any supporting screenshot. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
