Scope and our role
This Privacy Policy explains how GROWTH CAMPAIGNS LLC (“Growth Campaigns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, submit an inquiry, receive communications, or work with us. It does not govern a client’s own products, websites, or databases. When we process data solely on a client’s instructions, the client is the responsible business or controller and its privacy notice applies.
By using the website, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where consent is the required legal basis, we ask for it separately.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and identity data: name, work email, telephone number, company, job title, and mailing address.
- Inquiry and engagement data: project goals, messages, proposals, contracts, approvals, deliverables, and support correspondence.
- Transaction data: invoice details, currency, payment status, and limited payment metadata. Payment processors handle full card information; we do not store complete card numbers.
- Website data: IP address, browser and device information, referral source, pages viewed, and approximate location inferred from IP, when analytics or security tools are active.
- Communication preferences: email or SMS subscriptions, consent language shown, date and source of consent, and opt-out records.
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your device, from clients that authorize us to work with their data, and from service providers supporting our operations.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare and perform contracts; deliver campaign services; process payments; provide support; operate, secure, and improve the website; maintain business records; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; and send communications you request.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract, taking steps at your request before a contract, complying with legal duties, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Mobile information and SMS privacy
We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may give limited access to vendors that help us deliver messaging, customer support, security, or related operational services, but only to perform services for us and subject to appropriate restrictions.
If you opt in to recurring marketing texts, message frequency varies and will not exceed 4 messages per month unless you separately agree to a different program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Messaging Terms.
We retain consent and opt-out records as reasonably necessary to honor your preferences, demonstrate compliance, and prevent messages after an opt-out.
When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to contracted providers for hosting, analytics, communications, campaign operations, document collaboration, professional advice, fraud prevention, and payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or at your direction.
Providers may use information only for the contracted purpose or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not permit cross-context behavioral advertising unless we first provide any notice and choices required by applicable law.
Retention, security, and transfers
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including contract performance, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Retention varies by record type and legal obligation. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and contract protections.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and to appeal a decision. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.
To exercise a right, use the details on our Contact page. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using its unsubscribe link and from SMS by replying STOP. Essential service and transactional communications may continue where legally permitted.
Children and third-party links
Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
The website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent through our Contact page. Our toll-free telephone number, legal name, jurisdiction, and business address are published there and in the site footer.
